Trojan.Agent.TPL trojan is disguised as Java Midlet application. After that worm drops Trojan.Agent.TPL onto infected PC, the anonymous hacker gets a partial control over infected system together with ability of performing different destructive actions, such as stealing confidential information or uploading other parasites. However, this type of malware wreaks havoc on the computer system. The worst thing is that this threat can contaminate your computer by downloading various computer threats into it. This is done in order to midlead the user into purchasing a rogue anti-spyware. This trojan can capture network traffic, send and receive network packets in order to bypass application firewalls, hide the own process on injected processes, and most importantly – steal information from Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Pop-ups displayed by Smit Fraud presents this software as a security tool, but thats a scam.
